Main Characteristic of Flange Clamp Ring Rolling Machines

change flange clamp ring diameters.

difference and the forming resistance are small, the steel surface
wear is small; the roll process design uses the imported software,
the computer design, and carries on the FEA analysis, guarantees
the piece shape precision, does not scratch the sheet material.
5. Lubrication device use can reduce the friction processing
products and rollers.
6. Length detection: the measuring wheel moves over the profile,
the rotary pulse generator controls the pulse signal, and the
control unit issues a cut-off command according to the required
profile length.
